I just want to say that I do NOT say that very often, Here's my story: I came home from the Bay Area to a steaming HELL HOUSE!!. I ALWAYS check out the Yelp reviews before hiring any contractors! The name "WALLY" caught my eye, Yes! my first thought was Wally Cleaver, Beaver's brother! Next I noticed Wally is a 5 STAR Company!! I called Sunday morning 7/22/18, and to my surprise, the owner Christi answered the phone promptly and was able to get someone out to my house quickly to diagnose the problem. Another SHOCKER was OMG!!! ""NO UPCHARGE"" for weekend services!! Christi had me with her Dad's ultracool name and the 5 STAR ratings!! We set up an appointment for that very afternoon. The #1 A/C Tec Cameron, came out and ran a diagnostic test, and checked the equipment for leaks. Cameron found the problem and pumped 4 lbs of R-22 into our unit. Our A/C system started blowing COLD ARCTIC air into our 3000 sq ft home like it never did before! Cameron stated he would do a FREE! follow up in one month, Cameron did, and he found no more freon leakage!!! Christi, Cameron #1 A/C Tec, and Wally Falke's Heating & A/C are the GREATEST!!!!!
